The Fillmore Elementary fifth grade collected non-food items for the Putnam County Non-Food Pantry hosted by St. Andrew’s Church. In lieu of doing a gift exchange in their classroom, the boys and girls in Mrs. McCammack’s class demonstrated the true meaning of the Christmas spirit by bringing in items for others in need. Anyone needing assistance can visit St. Andrew’s Church on the last Saturday of each month from 12 noon until 3:00 p.m. The church is located on the corner of Seminary and Bloomington streets in Greencastle.
