Continuing our exploration of life in spiritual community, today’s sermon looks at the conversion experience of Saul of Tarsus from Acts 9. Lost in “bad religion,” Saul is confronted on the road to Damascus with the glory of the living Christ. This spiritual “wake up call” caused him to leave behind the hatred, violence, and anger he had been acting out of, and he was able to enter into authentic spiritual experience.
